Meet our leadership team

Alan Bass – Division Manager

Alan has over 20 years of engineering, project management and sales experience. He spent 17 years in the Pulp and Paper Industry and 3 years in engineered component sales. He has had collective responsibility for the engineering, procurement, construction, schedule, safety and performance of capital and maintenance projects ranging in value from $21MM to $52MM annually.

Jared Cleary – Coastal Service Department

Jared has over 8 years of commercial and residential HVAC construction experience. His has dual responsibilities of leading our Coastal and Midlands Service Departments while also managing small projects.

Tom Gore – Project Manager

Tom has over 8 years of commercial and residential HVAC construction experience. His has dual responsibilities of leading our Coastal and Midlands Service Departments while also managing small projects.

Kent Hungerpiller – Business Development

Kent has 40 years experience in the industrial, institutional, commercial and residential heating and air conditioning industry. The first 35 years were as an owner of a family owned HVAC company.

Bobby Johnson – Midlands Service Department

Bobby has over 14 years of industrial and commercial HVAC experience. Bobby also has 9 years of experience with industrial facility production and maintenance.

Frank Maloney – Project Manager / Lead Estimator

Frank has spent over twenty years in Project Management, Construction Management and Estimating. His experience includes Mechanical, Process, Industrial & Process Piping, HVAC, Utilities, Fire Protection, Instrumentation and Controls.
