Based in the Southeast, we’re a mid-sized industrial and commercial HVAC subcontractor with a highly trained team and dedicated, experienced management.

Our History

We’re part of Thompson Construction Group, Inc., a well structured and financially sound corporation with excellent bonding capacity. As Thompson’s HVAC Division, we started via the acquisition of Kenco Incorporated in 2005. We have a combined 55 years in the mechanical contracting business. Thompson management has over 100 years combined experience in the construction industry.

Our staff includes backgrounds in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, electrical and controls design, and construction project management.

Our organization takes ownership in the equipment we install by offering long-term maintenance contracts or service agreements. We are focused on life cycle performance as well as upfront capital costs in the commercial and industrial market segments.
